Know the symptoms, understand the risks

The National Institutes of Health states that approximately 30 to 40 percent of U.S. adults say they have some symptoms of insomnia within a given year, and about 10 to 15 percent of adults say they have chronic insomnia. Is this you? If so, it's time to ask:

  • Do you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep at night?
  • Do you experience daytime fatigue or sleepiness?
  • Are you irritable, depressed or feel anxiety?
  • Do you have difficulty paying attention?

You may be suffering from Insomnia.
